Gov. Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State on Thursday said that the administration's "A-Meal-a-Day" program in the state's Public Primary schools would start in 2016.
Ambode said this while introducing the year 2016 spending plan proposition to the Lagos State House of Assembly.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the senator displayed a financial plan proposition of N662.58 billion.
Ambode said that the project would be done as a team with the Federal Government, which would give 60 for each penny of the financing.
He said that the state government would give the remaining 40 for every penny.
