Mkpa made the suggested while conveying an address entitled "Entrepreneurial Development: A Panacea for Youth Unemployment in Nigeria,'' on Friday at the Seventh Convocation address of the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU).
He portrayed youth unemployment as a "period bomb,'' saying that it had the most expansive based destroying, most traumatic effect over all the societal ills confronting the nation.
